The Cape Breton Highlanders is a Primary Reserve infantry regiment of the Canadian Armed Forces. Rich in the history of their Highlander descendants, the Cape Breton Highlanders hold true to Scottish traditions through their dress uniforms with kilts and their team approach to mission success. The Regiment headquarters is located at the Victoria Park Armouries in Sydney, Nova Scotia.

The Cape Breton Highlanders trace their lineage to their founding in October 1871 in Baddeck, Cape Breton as the 94th Victoria Argyle Highlanders.  Serving in all conflicts, peacekeeping and domestic operations, the Cape Breton Highlanders proudly perpetuate the 94th, 85th, 185th, and 2nd Battallion Nova Scotia Highlanders.  The Cape Breton Highlanders celebrate our rich history, Highland ancestors, and proud Cape Breton roots.
