Glen Breton Ice is a refined single malt whisky, aged for an impressive 25 years and finished in a Nova Scotia ice wine barrel.

This extraordinary creation was inspired by a suggestion from a dedicated Glen Breton fan. Glenora Distillery partnered with an award-winning Nova Scotia winery to acquire an oak barrel that had previously aged their Ortega Ice Wine. The collaboration set the stage for a unique experiment, blending the richness of Glen Breton’s 25-year-old whisky with the distinct character of ice wine.

Recognizing the powerful and unique qualities of ice wine, Glenora carefully monitored the whisky as it absorbed delicate hints of sweetness and fruit from the wine-soaked oak. After four months, the ideal finish was achieved, resulting in a whisky that harmoniously blends depth and elegance.
